Turning ideas into practical action

Our projects test new ways to electrify homes, build the capacity of the people delivering the transition, and develop the systems and models needed to make change happen at scale. From community-led electrification pilots to research into finance, technology and new delivery models, we focus on what works in the real world.

Electrify 2515

Our flagship community electrification pilot, aiming to get 500 homes off gas and fully electrified for a real world demonstration project, delivered with Brighte, Endeavour Energy and funded by ARENA.

Funded by the ACT Energy Innovation Fund, the 12-month project brings together residential installers, households and industry stakeholders to share experiences, test ideas and find practical ways to make going electric easier for more Canberrans.

An 18-month engagement project partnering with 15 community groups across NSW, especially in REZ and regional areas, to run outreach that reduces bills and increases electric uptake.
