Electric Saul is a free digital tool designed to help people understand home electrification options. It may help you learn about topics such as solar, batteries, heat pump hot water, induction cooking, electric heating and cooling, electric vehicles, home energy use, bills, rebates, quotes, installer questions and possible electrification pathways.
Electric Saul may ask questions about your home, appliances, energy use, goals and circumstances. It may use this information to generate general guidance, estimated savings, suggested next steps, an electrification plan, an installer-ready brief, or other information to help you consider your options.
Electric Saul is designed to support better decision-making. It does not replace professional advice, site-specific assessment, product due diligence, licensed trades, safety checks, or your own judgement.
Electric Saul provides general information and practical guidance only.
Electric Saul does not provide electrical, plumbing, gasfitting, building, engineering, architectural, strata, legal, financial, tax, safety, medical, insurance or other professional advice.
Before making decisions that could affect your home, safety, finances, legal obligations, tenancy, strata arrangements, warranties, insurance, electrical infrastructure, gas connection, appliances or building works, you should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
You must not rely on Electric Saul as your only source of information when making a significant purchase, installation, disconnection, building, renovation, safety or investment decision.
Home electrification can involve electrical, plumbing, gas, roofing, building, switchboard, solar, battery and other safety-critical work.
You must not use Electric Saul as instructions to perform electrical, plumbing, gasfitting, roofing, building or other regulated work yourself.
